Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Steel This Land LLC to care for your property. Because we are a service-based family business operating on location, our fulfillment guidelines are structured as follows:

1. Service Fulfillment

Services (Lawn Mowing, Edge Maintenance, Hedge Trimming, and Seasonal Clean-ups) are considered fulfilled the moment the requested labor is completed on-site. Invoices are generated digitally at that time and are due immediately on-the-spot upon completion.

2. Our Satisfaction Guarantee (No Refunds)

Because our services consist entirely of manual labor and time spent working your land, we do not offer monetary refunds for completed yard work. However, we stand completely behind our commitment to excellence. If any aspect of your scheduled service falls short of professional standards or if a spot was missed, please notify us within 24 hours. We will personally return to your property to correct and fix the issue at no additional cost to you.

3. Appointment Cancellations & Pauses

To maintain consistent routing for all our neighbors in Jackson and surrounding communities, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to skip, pause, or permanently cancel any and all services including recurring weekly or bi-weekly lawn care schedule. Failure to notify us before arriving at your property may result in a flat service trip fee.

4. Product/Material Purchases

For services involving physical customer-provided starter items (such as patio container garden assembly), Steel This Land LLC provides zero survival, growth, or replacement guarantees for the plants themselves once our hand-assembly labor is finished.
