1. Residential Service Window

To ensure your family receives absolute excellence, all residential maintenance visits are scheduled within a variable service week. While we strive to maintain consistent routing days for our weekly and bi-weekly neighbors across the Greater Jackson metro area, severe weather delays, extreme summer heat, and mechanical maintenance may cause scheduling updates. If a delay occurs, we will text you immediately with an updated service ETA.

2. Property Safety & Preparation

To keep our single-man crew and your family completely safe, homeowners are required to have their yards clear of all hidden toys, loose garden hoses, heavy rocks, and exposed yard debris before our arrival. For homes with pets, please ensure your pets are securely kept indoors while we are actively operating machinery on your land.

3. Overgrowth & Boundary Adjustments

• Tall Grass: Lawns with grass exceeding 6 inches in height require a heavy initial takedown. A one-time overgrowth fee equal to your standard cut price will be automatically added to your first invoice to reset your yard's health.

• Buried Concrete Edges: Driveways, patios, or sidewalks with no visible concrete borders require specialized vertical trimming labor to clear away packed soil and dense root mats. A one-time edge-establishment fee applies to your first visit to carve out your clean boundaries.

• Satellite Verification: All instant website pricing estimates are verified using local satellite imagery before your first service date to ensure consistent, fair pricing across all accounts. If a property layout adjustment is needed, we will text you to confirm changes before touching a single blade of grass.

4. Container Garden Limitations

Our patio container garden assembly service focuses strictly on the joyful physical labor of scooping soil, arranging pots, and planting your provided starter layouts. Because plants are living things subject to external weather, local pests, and varying watering habits, Steel This Land LLC provides zero survival, harvest production, or long-term growth guarantees once the assembly is complete and left in your hands.

5. Payments & Cancellations

Invoices are generated and texted out digitally the moment your service is completed on-site and are due immediately upon receipt. We accept secure mobile card payments, Apple Pay, or cash [url].
